1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any software or services provided by Flux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Digital Product License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your own personal use. This license is tied strictly to your Hardware ID (HWID).
- You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or modify the software.
- Violation of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.
3. Risk & Liability
Use of our software involves interacting with third-party games and anti-cheat systems. While we implement strict security measures to remain undetected, we cannot guarantee total immunity from account bans or suspensions.
Flux and its developers are not responsible for any damage, account bans, hardware bans, or loss of digital assets resulting from the use of our software. You use our products entirely at your own risk.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital, non-tangible products and instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a license key has been delivered.
Attempting to chargeback or dispute a payment will result in the immediate termination of all licenses and a permanent blacklist from our services.
5. Service Availability
We reserve the right to pause, update, or discontinue any product at any time for security or maintenance reasons. Downtime to update the software for a game patch is standard and no compensation is provided for standard downtime.
